Tracey was incredibly kind, compassionate, and reassuring. She guided us through everything with such care and patience, making what could have been overwhelming feel much more manageable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she made sure every detail was handled beautifully. The horse-drawn carriage was absolutely stunning and added such a special, dignified touch to the day. The horses were immaculate, calm, and clearly so well cared for—it really made the procession feel respectful, elegant, and truly memorable. The whole team showed the utmost respect and professionalism, and we felt our loved one was in the best possible hands. They helped us create a service that was meaningful and a true reflection of the life being honoured. Tracie, Danny and the team are amazing! The support given to Daèjaun Campbell and Kelyan Bokassa’s families were truly amazing. On the day Danny and his team were so professional and supportive. I honestly know that they made a difficult day for my family so much easier. I recommend them a Thousand percent.
